Unfortunately we cannot delay booked treatments and unpunctuality will shorten the duration of the treatment.

Billing and Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required upon booking for security purposes only, the charge is only made upon arrival at the spa.
Cancellation/change made up to 48 hours prior to the date of treatment will not be charged.
Cancellation/change made less than 48 hours from the date of treatment will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend the price list and treatment program at any time
