  • To choose the treatment that best suits you, please inform us in advance of any special medical condition or pregnancy.
  • It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the treatment time to maximize the treatment experiences and enjoy the spa facilities.
  • Unfortunately we cannot delay booked treatments and unpunctuality will shorten the duration of the treatment.
  • The entrance to the spa complex is restricted to over 16 years of age.
  • The pool and the gym - at Ramada Nazareth with no extra charges, at Ramada Netanya with additional payment.
  • The spa staff are not responsible for lost or stolen personal effects. Please refrain from bringing valuables

Billing and Cancellation Policy

  • Credit card details are required upon booking for security purposes only, the charge is only made upon arrival at the spa.
  • Cancellation/change made up to 48 hours prior to the date of treatment will not be charged.
  • Cancellation/change made less than 48 hours from the date of treatment will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
    The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend the price list and treatment program at any time
