Accessibility:
The Company operates and promotes the issue of accessibility as defined in the accessibility legislation and considers customers with disabilities as possessing equal rights, entitled to enjoy full access to the Company's website.
The purpose of this section of the website is to provide information regarding the Company's accessibility arrangements.
Informing all Company employees- all Company employees have been informed regarding the requirements of the law, with an emphasis on the prohibition of discrimination, the provision of equal service in an inclusive environment, and the Company's accessibility arrangements for customers with disabilities.
Service training for employees- Service employees as well as center managers have been trained in providing service to people with disabilities.
Call centers- Our service centers are available and accessible to all our customers, including people with disabilities. The answering service is adapted and is without background music, at a slow pace.
Delivery of information in an accessible format- the Company provides its customers with the option of receiving information in accessible formats. The submission of information is free of charge and is intended for people with disabilities. Parking and reception - In the hotel car park there are 2 parking spaces for disabled people who use wheelchairs, the distance from the parking lot to the elevator entrance is 10-20 meters. The hotel has a dedicated desk that serves as an accessible reception.
Rooms - The hotel has 2 rooms adapted to disabled (room no. 604 and 704) a bedroom and living room with double bed, adapted toilets, the distance from the elevator to the rooms being 7 meters.
Bathrooms - The bathrooms are adapted to disabled people according to all accessible guidelines, the bathrooms include: accessible shower, handholds, shower with pull-out handle, adapted chair.
Pool - The pool has a disabled lift chair - to use, please contact the lifeguard.
Public areas and facilities - there are 3 accessible elevators and accessible dining room in the lobby (The Hub).
On the event floor (3rd floor) there are accessible event halls and toilets.
Hearing impaired accessibility - the hotel has inspiration loops for hearing impaired people available at reception.
Service animal - the hotel allows accommodation with a service animal for guests requiring such service.

Rooms -in general, all rooms of the hotel do not have baths but showers without an entrance step to the shower.
Accessible Standard Room
Double room, with double bed, large bathroom without shower, in the bathroom there is a long hose and a drain hole in the floor enabling one to sit on a chair and take a shower.
There is wheelchair access to the room and the bathroom.
There are 5 accessible rooms of this type (the rooms are not near the elevator).
Accessible Superior Room
Room with two separate beds (which can be connected), a small French balcony with a partial view of the Old City of Nazareth. Large bathroom without shower. In the bathroom there is a long hose and a drain hole in the floor enabling one to sit on a chair and take a shower.
There is wheelchair access to the room and the bathroom.
There is one accessible room of this type (the room is not near the elevator).
Accessible Deluxe Room
Double room, with double bed, large balcony with a view of the Old City of Nazareth.
Large bathroom with no shower, in the bathroom there is a long hose and a drain hole in the floor enabling one to sit on a chair and take a shower.
There is wheelchair access to the room and the bathroom.
There is one accessible room of this type (the room is not near the elevator).

Elevators - The hotel has elevators that reach all parts of the hotel, including the underground parking.
Disabled parking - at the front of the hotel there are 2 disabled parking spaces. In the underground car park there are 2 additional parking spaces for the disabled.
Pool:
There is a chair for descending into the swimming pool.
Wet sauna - accessible
Dry sauna - unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Jacuzzi - There are 2 stairs to the jacuzzi complex and 2 entrance steps (descent) into the jacuzzi.

Rooms – The hotel has a suite adapted to disabled with bathrooms adapted to disabled people according to all accessible guidelines, the bathrooms include: accessible shower, handholds, shower with pull-out handle.
Public areas and facilities - The breakfast area is accessible, as well as the seating area in the lobby and the public toilets, the elevators are accessible but limited in width for a narrow wheelchair.
Hearing impaired accessibility - the hotel has inspiration loops for hearing impaired people available at reception.
Service animal - the hotel allows accommodation with a service animal for guests requiring such service.
